Nike and Brooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving collaborates with Nickelodeon’s Spongebob, for a release that is sure to be nostalgic for many. Five shoes make up the collection, three Kyrie 5 colourways (Spongebob, Patrick and Squidward) as well as two Kyrie low 2 colourways (Mr Krabs and Sandy). Unfortunately for Australian fans, it looks as if only four of the shoes will be releasing on our shores, with the Sandy colourway missing out. Nethertheless, the collection is expected to be a success when it releases this Saturday the 17th August. Perhaps we will be seeing the shoes on basketball courts and casually around Australia very soon?
